Sandicliffe is one of the East Midlands’ most established and trusted automotive retailers, proudly serving our communities since 1948. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Vehicle Technician to join our expert team in Leicester.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out advanced diagnostic work, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles

• Supporting, mentoring, and coaching apprentices and junior technicians

• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards, safely and efficiently

• Accurately maintaining service and repair records

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)

• Significant experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with strong diagnostic skills

• Ability to identify and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults

• Full UK driving licence

• A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Enthusiasm for learning, training, and professional development
