Driver / Office Administrator
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Driver / Office Administrator to join our busy Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Centre in Stapleford Nottingham
This is a varied role that combines vehicle movements and driving duties with essential office administration responsibilities. You'll be a key part of the operation, helping to ensure vehicles are prepared, documented, and delivered efficiently while supporting the smooth running of the site.

About the Role
As a Driver / Office Administrator, you will provide support across both operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
- Safely transporting vehicles between company locations and customer sites
- Collecting and delivering vehicles as required
- Conducting vehicle condition checks and reporting any damage
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards
- Supporting the efficient flow of vehicles through the PDI process
Office Administration Duties
- Updating vehicle records and databases accurately
- Processing vehicle documentation and stock information
- Supporting vehicle registration and compliance administration
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate filing and record-keeping systems
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
- Professional approach when interacting with colleagues and customers
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, fleet, automotive, or transport environment
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation processes
- Experience using fleet or stock management systems
